Staff Profile

Bernardo (Benny) Flores Jr started his career in accounting even before his graduation from Baylor University in 1983.

He worked his summers as an accountant in the Oil & Gas Division of Reynolds Metals Corporation at their Portland Plant.

After graduation from Baylor, Benny joined the firm of Peat Marwick & Mitchell (PMM), one of the eight international accounting firms in existence at the time.  At Peat Marwick, Benny learned from some of the best minds in the accounting and tax fields.   In 1990 Benny joined P.A. D’ambrogi Company as their Chief Financial Officer until 2007.

At that time Benny decided to start his own tax firm, Flores Tax Service to provide a full range of accounting services to his clients including the preparation of financial statements, bookkeeping services, and the preparation of individual, and business returns.  Benny is experienced in the preparation of partnership, corporate, Sub S Corporations, and Limited Liability Company (LLC) tax returns.  Benny provides his services throughout the year.  So if you have a problem in February or in October, you will find Benny in the office helping clients finalized their tax returns for the current year and helping clients plan for the next year.
